Anwa at Maritime City

About the project

The 48-storey Anwa by Omniyat tower is located on the shores of the Persian Gulf in the Dubai Maritime City area. The tower consists of different layouts, from studios, one to three bedroom apartments, penthouses and townhouses, which are equipped with high standard amenities. A feature of the complex can be noted that all living quarters are distinguished by large terraces and high ceilings. As a result, all apartments are bright and spacious. The windows and terraces offer endless ocean views, and the shining tower rises as a landmark of the emirate.
